I’ve been following the Protosequence guys for a bit now, and today they released an epic track proving the maturation in their songwriting. “A Blunt Description Of Something Obscene” was released this past Friday. Their guitar work is great, and so are their slamming rhythms. The vocals have always been […]
Death metal band Demiurgon have officially joined the impressive ranks of Everlasting Spew Records! These guys rip hard and show some technical flare, which is what drew me in. There’s some great rhythms, vocals and even crazier drumming. Just after checking out the debut album, it’s evident their pending release […]
I think The Odious Construct have officially done a playthrough of some sorts for every song off their latest EP “Shrine Of The Obscene”. The guys released a strings play through (no drums this time!) of the track “They Came Through The Mirors”. What else can be said about these […]
Experimental metal band Flub has released a hot new single “Wild Smoke” off their self titled album out June 7th through their new label The Artisan Era. It’s nothing short of impressive. Their previous material was very good, but based on this new song it’s going to be wilder and kookier […]
Indonesian brutal death metal band Osmed released this nasty album “Territory Of Warfare” last year. I’m late to the party again…….but that happens to the best of us right? Well, it’s no secret Indonesia is a hotspot for extreme metal of all varieties. It’s pretty obvious I love that scene, and gladly […]
Death metal bruisers Dawn of Demise are releasing their album “Into The Depths Of Veracity” on Unique Leader Records April 19th. I’ve always dug these guys, and this upcoming album proves their worth in extreme metal royalty. Dawn Of Demise is one of those bands that is great and has consistently put […]
Japanese brutal death metal act Gorevent have signed with Comatose Music today! The band released a wildly heavy atrocity “In The Face Of…” last year in 2018. Celebrating this signing the band is slated next year in 2020 for a new album on their new record label. These guys have been […]
We’ve interviewed one great bassist already in Hugo Doyon-Karout (of a billion projects) and now can add another one. Ironically these two are some of my favorite bass players of recent memory, believe it or not. The second one is Linus Klausenitzer of the mighty Obscura. I can say I thoroughly […]
Indonesia keeps bringing the brutality again and again. Depraved Murder is releasing their upcoming album “Manifestation” through Comatose Music On May 17th. This slab of death metal is as pure, true and original as it gets in the genre. This wretched piece of brutal death metal pulverizes you from the […]
I asked a bunch of questions about the band and their upcoming full length opus “I: Voice”. I find out I have a lot of similar with these guys musically and have similar viewpoints artistically as well. I love this band even more! You can check out the […]
