Finland’s own death metal band Morbific is our first band of the month for 2026. A highly underrated country for death metal gave us this filthy ass band. They are phenomenal and 2025’s “Bloom of the Abnormal Flesh” is definitely my favorite. Their whole library rips but they pay proper homage to death metal’s past with their own spin on it.
